Construction of new assembly plant for the manufacturing of buses starts in April. The TEDOM company presents own prototype of Stirling engine, designed for micro range cogeneration units, at the International Engineering Fair in Brno.  At the same month a premiere presentation of new municipal vehicles of FOX mark is held in Autosalon fair in Nitra, Slovakia. New subsidiary company TEDOM TRUCK is set up together with Martin Macík. A festive opening of new assembly hall for the manufacturing of buses is celebrated in Třebíč in November, where first urban buses are already produced.

2007

TEDOM s.r.o. ennounces separation. A part of TEDOM assets, fixed financial asssets performing 100% share in the comapny TTS energo s.r.o., is transferred to the new established TTS Holding s.r.o. And TTS energo s.r.o. is totally separated from the TEDOM holding.

2008

June, a new design and innovation of the TEDOM buses are introduced in Autotec exhibition  in Brno. The CHP unit with serial number of 1.000 is manufactured in autumn. The second stage of OKD project on utilization of mining gas was finished.

2009

March 2009, a new contract of the largest CHP unit supply was signed with the POWGEN company. The scope of this supply included nine CHP units with total electrical output of 13,4 MW.  To support CHP unit sale in Eastern Asia and Australia there was established a new independent business company in Beijing, China. A new series of CITY CNG Engines, meeting strict emission limits of EURO 5 and EEV, was presented. Together with these engines new city buses were produced. A new boiler room with CHP unit of 2 MW electric output was put into operation in Světlá nad Sázavou. TEDOM succeeded in tender on supply of the new energy center in Svit city, Slovakia. Project amount reached over 12 mil EURO´s.  End of the year meant a structural transformation of the TEDOM group companies. TEDOM Holding a.s. became a new company holder with its shareholders – Mr. Josef Jeleček, Mr. Marek Rosenbaum and Mr. Ivo Poukar.
